The Naan bread and Tandoori Chicken are cooked in a Tandoor, which is the traditional clay oven from India. The ones used in India are solid clay.

"I was thoroughly impressed as I noticed the amount of items incorporated into the vegetable korma. There were carrots, green beans, peanuts, yellow squash and zucchini mixed in a spicy and creamy tomato based curry sauce. I loved how the flavors contrasted nicely with the garlic naan which I kept dipping into all the different selections—coming back repeatedly to my favorite tikka masala."
